Christmas parties of every size

A Secret Santa and an evening at Coya for Norman K, a Christmas afternoon at the cinema for 100 SSGA guests of all ages: whatever the size of your party, we adapt the venue, the service and our team on the night, including for parties of more than 1,000 guests.

A partner of the Molitor

We are a partner of the Molitor, the Art Deco swimming pool opened in 1929 in Paris’s 16th arrondissement. Scalian held its 400-guest December awards dinner there, and Havea Group its neon end-of-year party for 200 guests.

EcoVadis Silver medal

Awarded in June 2026, it places us among the top 15% of companies rated by EcoVadis: a useful reference point for your procurement team.

Corporate Christmas party in Paris: what we organise for you

Weevup organises your corporate Christmas party or company end-of-year party in Paris, whatever the number of guests: we find the venue and organise the whole event.

Whether you call it an office Christmas party, an end-of-year party or a holiday party, it can be a dinner in an exclusive-use venue, a themed party with dancing, a Christmas afternoon for all ages, a Secret Santa lunch or a New Year party in January.

We present several venues and a running order, then book the catering, décor, entertainment and AV, and coordinate the shuttles. On the night, we handle the suppliers and anything unexpected, so you can spend the evening with your teams.

Weevup is an event agency in Paris for companies, founded in 2015 and based in Le Vésinet, just west of Paris. More than 100 companies have trusted us with their events, including international groups such as SSGA, Iron Mountain and Hanwha. Our team works in English, French and Spanish.

Celebrate the year together, then head home with peace of mind.

Let’s talk about your event

Office Christmas party ideas in Paris: four formats

Four office Christmas party ideas in Paris, depending on who you are inviting (staff, families or clients) and what you want to celebrate. For each one, here is an event we organised.

Scalian awards dinner at the Molitor: glass roof and galleries lit in orange, guests on the covered part of the pool facing the Awards Dinner LED screen, inflatable flamingos on the water

Christmas dinner in an exclusive-use venue

  • The idea: a venue just for you, with a seated dinner for speeches and awards, or a walking dinner so that everyone can mingle.
  • Scalian, in December: 400 guests at the Molitor, with flooring laid over part of the pool for the awards stage, then a walking dinner and a pool party. See Scalian’s awards dinner at the Molitor (case study in French).
  • To thank your clients, the evening can be just for them: at the Louvre, we created the event design for Iron Mountain’s 50-guest dinner with its clients and partners.
  • Ideal for: a Christmas dinner with speeches, an end-of-year awards evening, or a party for your clients.

Themed Christmas party and dancing

  • The idea: one theme for the whole evening, then a dance floor with a DJ or a live band.
  • Havea Group: 200 guests at the Molitor to close its annual seminar and the year, a neon theme from the décor to the music, three illuminated cocktail bars and a DJ. See Havea Group’s neon end-of-year party (case study in French).
  • Scalian: another awards evening, with a Roaring Twenties theme in a former bank, dancers on stage and a DJ.
  • Ideal for: bringing together departments that rarely meet, around a theme that everyone enjoys playing along with.

Christmas afternoon for all ages

  • The idea: an afternoon with a festive snack and short activities, then a show or a film that brings everyone together.
  • SSGA: 100 guests of all ages at the Pathé Beaugrenelle cinema, in Paris’s 15th arrondissement, with game stands and creative corners, then a private screening in a Dolby auditorium. See SSGA’s Christmas afternoon at the cinema (case study in French).
  • Ideal for: a family Christmas party during the day, for your employees and their children.

Secret Santa, Christmas team building or lunch

  • The idea: a workshop, a team game or a gift exchange, at lunchtime or after a meeting, followed by a festive moment in a restaurant or at your offices.
  • Norman K: a meeting, a wine and cheese tasting, a Secret Santa gift exchange, then the evening at Coya, a festive restaurant. See Norman K’s study day and evening at Coya (case study in French).
  • Insight: 17 guests from Italy in a private apartment in Pigalle, where each of them made their own chocolate bar, a typically French activity.
  • Ideal for: busy teams in December, or a year-end company conference or kick-off that ends with a party.

Teams coming to Paris for several days? We also organise corporate retreats in France, and the Christmas party can be the closing evening of your seminar. To get started, tell us about your project on our contact page.

One Christmas party for teams from several countries

Your teams from Paris, London, the Benelux or Germany can come together for one Christmas party in Paris. We choose a central venue that is easy to reach, and plan the timing of the evening around arrivals and departures, depending on the time your guests have.

If they stay overnight, we find the venue that brings together rooms, meeting rooms and a restaurant, then follow the rooming list with it. On site, we coordinate the transfers.

An office Christmas party, in Paris or just outside

Your offices can host the party. Havea Group, a long-standing client, entrusts us with its summer and winter parties in its own offices. For its annual kick-off, Scalian welcomed 280 people to its Neuilly offices, with the spaces styled and the AV set up. We check the space, access and building rules with you.

Christmas party venues in Paris for companies: from the welcome to the journey home

Choosing a Christmas party venue in Paris also means thinking about how guests arrive and how they get home. Here is what we prepare with you.

An easy-to-reach venue, a welcome without queues

  • A venue close to the metro or to your offices, like Studio Nellcote in Paris’s 8th arrondissement, booked in full for CMG Consulting’s party near its offices (case study in French).
  • Teams working remotely, on several sites or in several countries: a central venue and a date announced early, so that everyone can come.
  • On the night: a team at the entrance, a simple guest list and a staffed cloakroom, so that guests get in quickly and leave without hunting for their coats.

A safe journey home, a party for everyone

  • Shuttles leaving in several waves at the end of the evening, so that guests go home, or back to their hotel, when it suits them.
  • A finish time announced in the invitation, so that everyone knows whether they will take the last metro or the shuttle.
  • Food that takes allergies and dietary requirements into account, with vegetarian dishes clearly labelled.
  • A venue accessible to everyone, including guests with reduced mobility.

A more sustainable Christmas party, with a charity touch if you wish

Your party can be more responsible without losing its atmosphere. In our proposals, “positive notes” marked with a heart set out practical choices: a venue served by public transport, shared shuttles home, a seasonal menu, décor hired rather than bought, and unserved dishes collected by a partner charity.

You keep the ones that suit you. Your party can also support a cause: a toy or donation collection, gifts wrapped by your teams, or a Christmas afternoon offered to children supported by a charity.

Weevup holds an EcoVadis Silver medal, which places it among the top 15% of companies assessed. Read about our CSR approach (in French).

The year comes to a close, your teams come together and the emotions last

Company end-of-year parties and client dinners in Paris: our case studies

We adapt to your request and take care of everything: we find the venue and organise the whole event, whatever the number of guests. We start from four questions: who you are inviting, how many guests, on what date and for what purpose.

Then come the venue, the format, the catering, the entertainment and the journey home. One project manager handles every step, from comparing venues to staying on site until everything is packed away. To request a quote, a few lines are enough: we call you back.

We suggest venues that match your guest numbers and the atmosphere you want, then we organise the whole evening there. For a large party, the Molitor, our partner venue in Paris’s 16th arrondissement, hosts several hundred guests around its pool.

The Orangerie d’Auteuil suits a seated dinner as well as a walking dinner; Cofinas welcomed 150 guests there. A restaurant with private spaces such as the Alcazar, an unusual venue like Studio Nellcote, a boat on the Seine or your own offices are other options.

Yes, and we adapt to where your teams are coming from. Our team works in English, and one project manager is your single contact from the first call to the party.

Your guests can travel by train or by plane, depending on the time they have, and we coordinate transfers on site. For Insight, we welcomed 17 guests from Italy to a private apartment in Pigalle, where each of them made their own chocolate bar.

Yes. We adapt to every size of party, including more than 1,000 guests, and we take on every large brief. We look for a venue that holds everyone in one space, with room for a stage, the dinner and the dance floor.

A walking dinner keeps a large crowd moving, and we plan the welcome, the speeches and the journey home at that scale. At the Molitor, Scalian’s December awards dinner brought together 400 guests, with flooring laid over part of the pool for the stage.

We look first for an evening when your teams are available, away from year-end closing and holiday departures. The most requested period runs from late November to mid-December, usually on a weeknight.

If December is too busy, a New Year party in January also brings teams together around a speech and a festive moment, like Scalian’s January awards dinner at La Défense (case study in French). We check venue availability before suggesting a date.

As soon as your date and guest numbers take shape, and we will gladly help whenever you get in touch. The most sought-after Paris venues go quickly for December, so an early start gives you more choice.

If your date is close, we look first at the venues still available and adapt the programme to the one you choose: a weeknight, your offices or a lunch instead of a dinner open up more options. For Norman K, we reworked our proposal at short notice to find the right restaurant.

Yes. We choose the entertainment with you, then book the artists and suppliers and coordinate them on the night.

We think in three stages: an activity everyone joins in, like a music quiz or a creative workshop; a moment that brings the whole room together, like a show or a private screening; and a keepsake, like a photo booth or a watercolour portrait. At SSGA’s evening at the Maison Baccarat, a watercolour artist entertained the 40 guests.

We start from what you are celebrating. A classic Christmas theme, with a tree, warm lights and a Christmas market feel, speaks to everyone; a winter chalet setting changes the usual décor; a black and gold evening celebrates a good year.

A prop handed out at the door or a dress code in the invitation is enough to get everyone in the mood. We then carry the theme through the décor, the music and the menu, as we did with the neon theme of Havea Group’s party.
