Gala dinners of every size

A gala dinner for the 900 participants of a KPMG offsite at Center Parcs du Lac d’Ailette, an awards dinner for 400 Scalian guests at the Molitor: whatever the size of your gala, we adapt the venue, the service and our team on the night, including for more than 1,000 guests.

A partner of the Molitor

We are a partner of the Molitor, the Art Deco swimming pool opened in 1929 in Paris’s 16th arrondissement. For Scalian’s awards dinner, we had flooring laid overnight across part of the pool to hold the awards stage.

From the Louvre to the Unterlinden Museum

At the Louvre, we created the event design for the dinner where Iron Mountain hosted its clients and partners. In Colmar, the Unterlinden Museum hosted the gala evening of Elanco’s seminar, for more than 300 employees.

Let’s talk about your event

Gala dinner, awards night or closing dinner: four formats in Paris

A gala dinner in Paris takes a different shape depending on who you invite (your teams, your clients or your partners) and what you are celebrating. For each format, here is an event we worked on.

Gala dinner for your clients and partners

  • The idea: a seated dinner in a venue with character, where every guest has a place and the speeches come between courses.
  • Iron Mountain, at the Louvre: we created the event design, the layout and the communication materials for a 50-guest dinner with its clients and partners, within the museum’s rules. More on Iron Mountain’s dinner at the Louvre (case study in French).
  • Round tables, a dinner of several courses and menus planned around every allergy and dietary requirement: your guests are looked after from the first course to the last.
  • Ideal for: thanking your clients, hosting your partners in Paris or bringing your leadership together.

Awards night and awards ceremony

  • Scalian, at the Molitor: 400 guests, flooring laid across part of the pool for the awards stage, then a walking dinner and a pool party. More on Scalian’s awards dinner at the Molitor (case study in French).
  • Scalian, at La Défense: 250 guests at the Nodd, a restaurant with a terrace hired for the evening, from the awards to the dance floor, until 2 am. More on Scalian’s awards dinner at La Défense (case study in French).
  • Scalian again, for 350 guests in the heart of Paris: a speech by the company’s president, the awards and a photo booth. And in a former bank, an awards night with a Gatsby theme, dancers and a DJ.
  • Ideal for: rewarding your teams, your sales staff or your partners in front of the whole company.

Gala with a show, a handover or a company milestone

  • Cofinas, at the Orangerie d’Auteuil: 150 guests celebrated a change of leadership, with a film on the company’s highlights, six exceptional motorbikes on display and a live band. More on Cofinas’s handover evening (case study in French).
  • ELO Énergie, at the EKLO Hotel in Nantes: a dinner in three parts with a line-up of comedians, for 85 participants from Nantes and Lyon.
  • Dancers, comedians, a live band or a DJ: we fit each act between the courses and the speeches, so that the whole room stays with you.
  • Ideal for: a company milestone, a handover at the top or an end-of-year gala.

A gala dinner in Paris for a company based abroad

Your company is based outside France? We take care of everything: we find the venue, organise the whole event and look after your guests, with transfers and accommodation if needed. Your project manager works in English, as your local partner in Paris and France. The gala can also close an incentive trip in France.

On the night, we keep the running order

A gala follows a thread: welcome and cloakroom, drinks, a seated dinner with speeches between courses, awards, a show, dancing, then the journey home. For Scalian’s awards dinner at La Défense, we wrote a running order timed to the minute for the New Year video, the award slides and every turn at the microphone.

Gala dinner venues in Paris for companies

From a museum to a swimming pool, the venue sets the number of guests, the dinner format and the finish time. Whatever the space for your corporate dinner in Paris, we find the venue and organise the whole event.

Venues in and around Paris from our own events

  • The Molitor, Paris 16th: 429 m² of indoor pool under a glass roof, ringed by galleries, where Scalian’s 400 guests watched the awards above the water.
  • The Orangerie d’Auteuil, Paris 16th: near Porte d’Auteuil metro station (line 10), it holds up to 300 guests for a seated dinner and 450 for a standing reception. Cofinas held its handover evening there.
  • For a gala dinner in a museum, the Louvre, where we created the event design for Iron Mountain’s dinner with its clients and partners.
  • The Nodd, at La Défense: a restaurant with a large terrace facing the Arc de Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower, hired for Scalian’s 250 guests.

Other Paris venues for a large gala dinner

  • The Palais Brongniart, Paris 2nd: the former stock exchange on Place de la Bourse, whose great hall, the Nef, hosts dinners and galas.
  • The Pavillon Gabriel, Paris 8th: on Avenue Gabriel, near the Champs-Élysées, with up to 500 guests for a seated dinner in its largest layout.
  • The Musée des Arts Forains, Paris 12th: centenary merry-go-rounds in the Pavillons de Bercy, with up to 600 guests for a seated meal and 880 for a cocktail reception.

A more sustainable gala dinner, if you wish

Your gala can be more responsible and keep all its sparkle. Our “positive notes”, marked with a heart, set out practical options: a venue served by public transport, shared shuttles home, seasonal menus, hired furniture and reused décor. You keep the ones that suit you. We hold an EcoVadis Silver medal, awarded in June 2026.

Weevup holds an EcoVadis Silver medal, which places it among the top 15% of companies assessed. Read about our CSR approach (in French).

Gala dinner or corporate party: which one suits your evening?

The gala dinner is the most formal company evening: a seated dinner, speeches, often awards, then a show and dancing. If you would rather your guests mingle freely, a walking dinner, a summer party or after-work drinks may suit you better. Our page on corporate parties in Paris covers these formats and their venues.

Gala dinners and awards nights: our case studies

Six evenings, from the Louvre to the Molitor and from La Défense to Colmar: client dinners, awards nights and closing galas.

A corporate gala dinner is a formal evening that a company hosts for its employees, clients or partners. It is built around a seated dinner and speeches, often an awards ceremony, then a show and dancing.

It closes a year, a seminar or a convention, or marks a handover. Weevup organises your company gala dinner in Paris from the venue to the last dance, as we did for the 900 participants of KPMG’s offsite at Center Parcs du Lac d’Ailette.

We choose the venue with you, based on your guest numbers and the format of the evening, then organise the whole event there. The Molitor, our partner venue in the 16th arrondissement, welcomed Scalian’s 400 guests above its pool.

The Orangerie d’Auteuil seats up to 300 guests for dinner, and at the Louvre we created the event design for Iron Mountain’s dinner. For a larger gala, spaces for corporate dinners in Paris include the Pavillon Gabriel, which seats up to 500 guests, and the Palais Brongniart, the former stock exchange.

Yes. We adapt to every size of gala, including more than 1,000 guests, and we take on every large brief. We look for a venue that holds everyone in one space, with room for a stage, the dinner and the dance floor.

The welcome, the cloakroom, the pace of service and the shuttles home are planned at that scale. KPMG’s gala dinner and dance party at Center Parcs du Lac d’Ailette brought together 900 participants, and Scalian’s awards dinner at the Molitor welcomed 400 guests.

We place the awards at the moment when the whole room is together, on a stage that everyone can see. For Scalian’s awards dinner at La Défense, we wrote a running order timed to the minute and the speakers rehearsed on the evening itself.

At the Molitor, flooring laid across part of the pool held the stage above the water. Then the party takes over: a walking dinner, karaoke or a DJ, as the evening goes on.

Yes. Our team works in English, French and Spanish, and one project manager is your single contact from the brief to the night of the gala. We take care of everything: the venue, the whole event, the welcome, transfers and accommodation if needed.

Your guests can travel by train or by plane, depending on the time they have. International groups such as Iron Mountain and Elanco have trusted us. More about our role as a partner for international companies in Paris.

We build it with you, then keep it on the night. A gala dinner schedule usually runs like this: welcome and cloakroom, drinks while the room fills, a seated dinner with speeches between courses, the awards, a show, the dance floor, then shuttles home.

For KPMG’s offsite, the evening moved from a musical drinks reception to the gala dinner, then to a dance party for 900 participants.

We start from your guests and the venue. For its awards night in a former bank, Scalian chose Gatsby: retro buffets, an accessories stand and guests in Roaring Twenties outfits.

A dress code in the invitation, such as black tie or cocktail attire, sets the tone for everyone. We then carry the theme through the décor, the music and the menu. More ideas in our corporate party theme ideas (in French).

We choose with you, depending on what needs to happen during the evening. A seated dinner gives every guest a place facing the stage, for speeches, awards and a show.

A walking dinner keeps guests moving: at the Molitor, Scalian’s awards were followed by a street-food walking dinner. Formats also combine: for KPMG, a musical drinks reception came before the seated gala dinner. Freer formats are on our page about corporate parties in Paris.
