125 international participants in Paris

For SVR’s international seminar in Paris, we chose hotels, dinners and activities close to one another, so that 125 participants could explore the city on foot: a lunch facing the Eiffel Tower, a dinner on a boat on the Seine and an electric tuk-tuk tour.

Three days on the Basque coast

For Libon’s incentive, 58 people spent three days and two nights at the Sofitel Biarritz: a walking rally, Basque games, a surf lesson and a cooking challenge, with a programme reworked when the brief changed.

Groups of every size

A handful of top performers, several hundred guests or more than 1,000: whatever the size of your group, we adapt the venue, the programme and our team on site. For KPMG, 900 participants spent four days at Center Parcs du Lac d’Ailette, outside Paris.

Incentive trip in Paris and France: what we organise for you

Weevup organises your incentive trip in Paris and across France: we find the venue and organise the whole stay, from arrival to the last dinner. A corporate incentive trip is a stay that a company offers to reward or motivate its sales team, top performers, partners or clients: activities and evenings come first.

Weevup is an event agency in Paris for companies, founded in 2015 and based in Le Vésinet, west of Paris. More than 100 companies trust us, including international companies like Bio-Rad, KPMG and Cherry Ventures. We work in English, French and Spanish, and one project manager follows your trip from first call to last departure.

Your teams enjoy the trip; we keep everything running.

Let’s talk about your event

Incentive trip ideas in Paris and France: four settings

The right setting depends on your group, the season and what you are celebrating. Here are four incentive trip destinations in France, each with a group stay that we organised there.

  • SVR, for its international seminar: 125 participants, hotels, dinners and activities chosen close to each other, a team game in electric tuk-tuks with a quiz on the monuments, and a dinner on a boat on the Seine. More on SVR’s international seminar in Paris (case study in French).
  • Insight, for 17 of its clients from Italy: a day at Dune Paris, a private apartment in Pigalle hired for the group, where each guest made their own chocolate bar, a typically French activity. More on Insight’s day in Pigalle (case study in French).
  • Ideal for: a group coming from abroad, or teams who want to discover Paris together.

  • MYM, for its annual seminar: about sixty employees in Biarritz, a surf lesson and games on the beach inspired by Koh Lanta, the French version of Survivor, then the sunset and a DJ set at the Blue Cargo. More on MYM’s seminar in Biarritz (case study in French).
  • Husqvarna, for a residential seminar: a privately hired hotel facing the ocean, a 4×4 drive through the Basque hinterland and the Landes, and a visit to an Espelette pepper producer.
  • Ideal for: a team that loves the outdoors, from surfing to games on the sand.

  • We took care of everything: the hotel, the meeting room, the meals, equipment in everyone’s size and private transport, with our project manager on site from the day before.
  • On the Italian side of Mont Blanc, in Courmayeur: three days for 23 participants from a financial services company, with two days of skiing and lunches on the slopes.
  • Ideal for: a winter reward, with a whole day in the mountains for skiers and non-skiers alike.

An incentive trip for a company based outside France

Your company is based abroad and wants to reward its sales team or its top performers in France? We take care of everything: the welcome on arrival, transfers, the hotel and the whole programme. Your project manager works in English, and we act as your local partner in France for international companies.

A three-day incentive programme

An incentive trip often follows a simple thread. Day one: arrivals, check-in and a welcome dinner. Day two: activities in teams, such as a rally, surfing or a tasting, then a big evening. Day three: a last activity, a closing lunch and departures. Libon’s incentive in Biarritz ran over three days and two nights.

From the first arrival to the last departure

A group enjoys its stay when every detail is handled. We take care of everything; here is what we prepare with you.

Arrivals from several countries, one team to welcome everyone

  • In Athens, for Bio-Rad’s international seminar: about 65 employees from some fifteen countries, with arrivals spread over several days. The first to arrive stayed in another hotel before joining the group.
  • In Brussels, for Groupe Positive’s convention: 300 participants, with every transfer to the Plaza Hotel followed by our team.
  • At Center Parcs du Lac d’Ailette, outside Paris, each of KPMG’s 900 participants was looked after from the moment they arrived, with shuttles running continuously.

A programme that adapts, an app everyone uses

  • For Libon, two half-days of meetings became activities: we reworked the whole schedule.
  • Libon’s numbers stayed uncertain until the last moment: with our local partners, we adjusted the groups for each activity in real time.
  • Near Barcelona, for Cherry Ventures: about 120 employees and partners, and a dedicated app for the agenda, information and workshop sign-ups. The participants were “unanimously won over” by the app.
  • In Paris, SVR’s invitations and programme ran on a dedicated platform, so that everyone could follow their seminar step by step.

A more sustainable incentive trip, if you wish

Your incentive trip can be more responsible and keep all its appeal. Our “positive notes”, marked with a heart, set out practical options: hotels and activities within walking distance, as for SVR in Paris, group transfers, local partners, seasonal menus and regional gifts. You keep the ones that suit you.

Weevup holds an EcoVadis Silver medal, which places it among the top 15% of companies assessed. Read about our CSR approach (in French).

Incentive trip or corporate retreat: which one do you need?

An incentive trip rewards: activities and evenings come first. A corporate retreat brings people together to work: sessions, workshops and decisions, with activities around them. Between the two, an incentive can include a short working session. Our page on corporate retreats in France covers working formats and regions.

Incentive trips and group stays: our case studies

An incentive trip, or reward trip, is a stay that a company offers to reward or motivate its people: its sales team after a strong year, its top performers, its partners or its most loyal clients.

Unlike a seminar, activities and evenings come first, and meetings stay short or disappear. Weevup organises corporate incentive trips in Paris and across France. For Libon, 58 people spent three days on the Basque coast, with surfing, Basque games and a cooking challenge.

Paris lets a group do almost everything on foot: monuments, the Seine, restaurants and venues for every evening, with the rest of France close by to extend the trip.

For SVR’s international seminar, 125 participants had lunch facing the Eiffel Tower, dined on a boat on the Seine and explored the city by tuk-tuk. We find the hotel and the venues, then organise the whole stay for your incentive trip in Paris.

We build the programme with you, around what your group enjoys. It can be a team game across the city, like the electric tuk-tuk tour and quiz we organised for SVR, or a typically French workshop, like the chocolate bars that Insight’s guests from Italy made in a private apartment in Pigalle.

A dinner on the Seine and a big evening can then close the trip. More ideas on our page about team building activities in Paris.

We choose the destination with you, depending on where your group comes from and the time you have. On the Basque coast, Libon and MYM combined surfing and beach games in Biarritz.

In the Loire Valley, Generali’s leaders visited the Château de Chambord. In Champagne, Swiss Life’s teams ended two days in Reims with a tasting at a wine estate. In the Alps, Husqvarna spent four days in Les Houches, in the Chamonix valley.

Yes, we take care of everything for your group: the welcome on arrival, transfers, the hotel, the programme, the dinners and our team on site. Your project manager works in English and is your single contact from the brief to the last departure.

Your guests can travel by train or by plane, depending on the time they have. In Athens, we welcomed about 65 Bio-Rad employees from some fifteen countries. More about our role as a partner on the ground in Paris and France.

It depends on the journey and on what you are celebrating, and we adapt the length to your programme. Two days suit a destination close by: Swiss Life’s teams spent two days in Reims.

Three days and two nights leave room for a full day of activities, as on Libon’s incentive in Biarritz. In the mountains, Husqvarna spent four days and three nights in Les Houches, with a whole day on the slopes.

Yes, whatever the size of your group, including more than 1,000 guests: we take on every large brief. At that scale, we look for a destination that holds everyone together, then plan the welcome, the shuttles and every evening accordingly.

For KPMG, 900 participants spent four days at Center Parcs du Lac d’Ailette, with a gala dinner and a dance party for everyone. Elanco’s seminar brought together more than 300 employees in Strasbourg and Colmar.

An incentive trip rewards, a corporate retreat brings people together to work. On an incentive, activities and evenings come first; on a retreat, working sessions set the pace and activities fit around them.

Between the two, we can add a short working session to an incentive, or a day of activities to a retreat, and we build the right balance with you. More on our page about the corporate retreat in France.
