Corporate party in Paris: why work with an event agency?

A corporate party in Paris is often the evening your teams, clients or partners look forward to most: an end-of-year party, a New Year reception, an awards dinner, a summer party or a company anniversary. If your head office is abroad, it may also be the dinner you host for clients and partners while they are in Paris for a trade show.

Getting it right comes down to details: the venue, the timing of the speeches, the food, the atmosphere and how every guest gets home. We plan each step with you, from the welcome drink to the last dance.

Weevup is an event agency founded in Paris in 2015 and based in Le Vésinet, just west of Paris. We take care of everything: finding and booking an exclusive-use venue, theme and event design, catering, AV, artists and DJs, shuttles and security.

You have one dedicated project manager, from the first brief until the last piece of equipment is packed away. On the night, our team coordinates every supplier on site, so you can enjoy the evening with your guests.

A great evening starts long before the first drink.

Let’s talk about your event

Four corporate party formats in Paris, and the venues we recommend

Awards dinner, client reception, museum dinner or post-show evening: for each format, we suggest a Paris venue from our own experience, and an event we worked on there.

Awards dinner or end-of-year party: Molitor, Paris 16th

  • Scalian Awards Dinner, a corporate party at the Molitor for 400 guests: a street-food walking dinner, then a pool-party evening, with flooring laid over the pool.
  • Havea Group Christmas party: 200 guests, a neon theme, three cocktail bars and a DJ.
  • We are a partner of the Molitor, the Art Deco swimming pool that opened in 1929 in Paris’s 16th arrondissement.
  • Ideal for: your end-of-year or Christmas party, or a large awards dinner.

Client reception: Maison Baccarat, Paris 16th

  • For SSGA’s evening at the Maison Baccarat: a speech, then a walking dinner for 40 guests.
  • A watercolour artist on site, and 100 puffer jackets embroidered ahead of the evening.
  • A ballroom available for private hire in the evening, on Place des États-Unis.
  • Ideal for: a New Year reception or an evening with your key clients, in a small group.

After a trade show: on the Seine

  • Hanwha’s post-show evening on board the River’s King: a two-hour cruise on the Seine, a walking dinner, casino games and a DJ set.
  • A boat chosen because it is easy to reach from the Porte de Versailles exhibition centre, so guests could come straight from the show.
  • At another trade show, Hanwha Techwin’s evening for its teams and clients: a digital caricaturist, a silhouette artist, a digital magician and a live camera feed showing the brand’s product at work.
  • Ideal for: hosting your clients, suppliers and sales teams while they are in Paris for a show.

Let’s find your venue

Hosting clients during a Paris trade show

A trade show in Paris is a good moment to bring your clients, partners and sales teams together for an evening.

We look for a venue that is easy to reach from the exhibition centre, as we did for Hanwha on the Seine, and we plan the evening so that guests can come straight from the stands. Coming from London or Brussels? Eurostar trains arrive at Paris Gare du Nord, in central Paris.

A party in your own offices

Your offices can make a great party venue. For Scalian’s annual kick-off in Neuilly, we hosted 280 guests in its offices, with a tailored AV set-up.

For Coty’s summer party, we projected décor onto the walls and set up food stands, a glitter bar and a photo booth, with a live band and then a DJ.

Gala dinner or walking dinner: which format suits your evening?

The food often sets the pace of the evening. A walking dinner keeps guests moving and gets the dancing started; a seated dinner puts the spotlight on speeches, awards and entertainment.

Walking dinner

  • Savoury and sweet bites served at food stations or on trays, with clearly labelled vegetarian and vegan options
  • Scalian awards evening with a Roaring Twenties theme, in a former bank: awards, a walking dinner, dancers and a DJ
  • Prefer something shorter after work? We also organise tailored after-work drinks for your teams

Seated dinner or gala dinner

  • Round tables, a multi-course dinner, and menus planned around every allergy and dietary requirement
  • KPMG company offsite: a gala dinner and a party for 900 participants
  • IGAM’s annual evening: a dinner show under a glass roof, followed by dancing

A more sustainable corporate party

In every proposal, we add more sustainable alternatives next to the standard options: you compare, and you choose. We are happy to suggest venues that are easy to reach by public transport, and shared shuttles for the journey home.

Our caterers cook with seasonal, local or organic produce. For the event design, we favour reusable elements and only the AV you really need.

Weevup holds an EcoVadis Silver medal, which places it among the top 15% of companies assessed. Read about our CSR approach (in French).

Dance into the small hours, with tomorrow in mind

Corporate party, after-work drinks or company conference?

A corporate party celebrates a key moment and runs late, with dinner, entertainment and a DJ. After-work drinks bring your teams together more simply, at the end of the working day.

A company conference gathers your people around your key messages and often ends with an evening event. We organise all three formats, and we are happy to help you choose the right one.

In Paris, we recommend the Molitor (16th arrondissement), where we hosted 400 guests around the Art Deco pool; the Orangerie d’Auteuil (16th), for up to 300 guests seated and 450 standing; the Maison Baccarat (16th), for a small group; and the Club Haussmann (9th), for up to 600 guests standing.

At Weevup, we choose the venue according to your guest numbers, your format and where your guests are coming from.

Yes. We organised the gala dinner and party for the 900 participants of a KPMG company offsite at Center Parcs Lac d’Ailette, outside Paris, an evening for 350 Scalian guests in Paris with an awards ceremony, and Scalian’s 400-guest Awards Dinner at the Molitor.

For large groups, we plan the welcome, the cloakroom, the pace of service and every guest’s journey home with you.

Yes. Our team handles requests in English and works with international groups such as Iron Mountain, SSGA, Hanwha and Coty. Your dedicated project manager is your single point of contact for the brief, the proposal, the suppliers and the evening itself.

We organise everything on site in Paris; train and plane tickets are booked by your travel department or a travel agency.

Yes. For Hanwha’s annual post-show evening, which brings together clients, suppliers and sales staff, we chose the River’s King, a boat that is easy to reach from Porte de Versailles.

On board: a two-hour cruise on the Seine, a walking dinner, casino games and a DJ set. We can also bring your product into the evening: at another trade show, a live camera feed showed Hanwha Techwin’s product at work during the party.

Yes, and the venue then sets its own rules. At the Louvre, we created the event design for Iron Mountain’s dinner for its clients and partners, from the layout to the communication materials, within the museum’s constraints.

We also organised Interface’s drinks reception on a terrace at the Institut du monde arabe, and SSGA’s evening at the Maison Baccarat, whose ballroom is available for private hire in the evening.

Yes. Formats, venues and examples are on our corporate Christmas party page. For your staff, we create a festive evening, like Havea Group’s 200-guest neon party at the Molitor.

For families, we organise a Christmas afternoon, like SSGA’s Christmas event at Pathé Beaugrenelle: 100 guests, an afternoon snack, activities and a private film screening.

We plan the journey home as soon as we choose the venue. We favour venues close to a metro or RER (suburban rail) station, set up shuttles to the venue and back, with several departures at the end of the evening, and, if needed, add a security guard and breathalysers.

That way, the journey home is organised before the party begins, whether guests are heading home or back to their hotel.

An agency saves you time and reduces risk: venue, catering, AV, artists and logistics all go through one contact. Weevup is an event agency founded in Paris in 2015, based in Le Vésinet, west of Paris, and awarded an EcoVadis Silver medal (June 2026).

We organise corporate parties from start to finish, for 40 guests or for several hundred. To get started, request a quote for your corporate party.
