Weevup is a French event agency for companies, founded in Paris in 2015. Our office is in Le Vésinet, west of Paris, on the RER A line.
We organise corporate events in Paris, across France and abroad, for companies based in France and for teams coming from abroad. You tell us what you need; we handle everything on the ground: venue, programme, suppliers, airport and station transfers, and our team on site.
Our events range from leadership offsites to a 900-person residential retreat for KPMG. More than 100 companies have trusted us with their events, including Dior, Dassault Systèmes, Swiss Life, Generali and Coty (see our clients, in French).
Each project is run by one project manager, from brief to event day. We hold the EcoVadis Silver medal (June 2026).

The venue is often your first question. In Paris, near Paris, in the French regions or abroad, we also arrange accommodation and transfers for your group.
Train and plane tickets are booked by your travel department or a travel agency.
Coming from abroad? Eurostar trains run direct to Paris Gare du Nord from London St Pancras International and from Brussels-Midi, and international flights land at Paris-Charles de Gaulle and Paris-Orly. We organise your group’s transfers from the station or airport to the venue.

You deal with one person from our team who knows your project inside out. They coordinate the venue, catering, AV, transfers and entertainment, run every choice past you, and are on site with your teams on the day.
