We find the venue and organise the whole event, starting with the activity we choose together. For the Partecis seminar in Marne-la-Vallée, in the Paris region, we chose the hotel that combined meeting rooms, guest rooms and a garden, then organised the plenary session, the cardboard Formula 1 race and the games evening.

One project manager from brief to event day

Your project manager looks after your team building in Paris from the first call to the day itself, in English if you prefer. On the day, they lead the facilitators on site.

  • Bio-Rad: in its offices in Marnes-la-Coquette, in the Île-de-France region, 35 members of an R&D team took on a sweet and savoury cooking challenge, right after a plenary session.

Evening team building: a game or a workshop, then drinks

  • How it works: a trail or team challenges, through the streets of Paris or in the grounds of a venue near Paris.
  • SVR: for its international seminar, an electric tuk-tuk ride through Paris, with a quiz on the places seen along the way, from architecture to cinema and culture. Case study (in French): SVR’s international seminar in Paris.
  • Partecis: during its seminar at a hotel in Marne-la-Vallée, in the Île-de-France region, each team built and decorated its own cardboard Formula 1 car, then seven cars raced in the garden.

  • How it works: a privately hired boat, moored or cruising, hosts your team activity, followed by drinks or dinner on the water.
  • SNCF: for its away day in central Paris, two neighbouring boats on the banks of the Seine, one for the meetings, the other for the evening, with a giant music quiz followed by a dinner of seasonal produce. Case study (in French): SNCF’s away day on two boats.
  • Hanwha: for its post-show evening, 200 clients, suppliers and sales staff on board the River’s King, for a two-hour cruise with a walking dinner, casino games and a DJ set.

For Insight, we booked Dune Paris, an apartment in the heart of Pigalle, for exclusive use, and invited the 17 participants from Italy to make their own chocolate bar.

Team building venues in Paris, close to your offices or your hotel

We choose the venue according to where your teams are coming from: near a metro station, or a short walk from your offices or your hotel.

For 3DS Outscale’s company conference, the venue had to be close to Saint-Cloud, where the company’s office was: we booked the T7, in Paris, for exclusive use. For SVR, hotels, dinners and activities were chosen close to one another, so that everything could be done on foot.
